Pizza Bianca, or White Pizza, is a delightful variation of traditional pizza that skips the tomato sauce in favor of a rich, creamy base. Typically topped with a blend of cheeses like mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan, Pizza Bianca offers a luscious and indulgent flavor profile. Garlic, olive oil, and fresh herbs such as rosemary or basil often enhance the cheese, adding aromatic depth and a hint of earthiness. Some variations might include toppings like spinach, mushrooms, or prosciutto, but the essence of Pizza Bianca lies in its simplicity and the harmonious balance of creamy, cheesy goodness. Perfect as an elegant appetizer or a main course, Pizza Bianca is a beloved choice for those who appreciate the subtler, yet deeply satisfying, flavors of Italian cuisine.
