- Cancellations can be made without applying penalties within 7 days before departure of services. There is a 50% penalty for cancellations communicated from 6 to 3 days prior to the departure date of the booked service; 100% penalty is required for cancellations communicated starting 48 hours before the date of departure of the booked service for the “no shows”.
