Cream & Sugar began as an artisanal ice cream on the dessert menus of Fine Dining Restaurant Group’s Jackson Hole, Wyoming has turned into a small-batch ice cream company making ice cream in unique and wonderful flavors such as huckleberry, salted caramel, and chocolate. Cream & Sugar makes each ice cream and ice cream sandwich by hand using milk and cream from regional farms, cookies for the sandwiches are baked daily, and everything is assembled and packaged in-house before making its way into the hands of eager customers. They truly believe in their hand-made approach, and the quality is evident in every last bite.

ICE CREAM FLAVORS TO CHOOSE FROM:

-Huckleberry – If Jackson Hole was an ice cream, this would be it. A native berry to the region, the huckleberry has become a mainstay in Rocky Mountain cuisine. We start with a blend of huckleberries and wild blueberries, which we then wrap in a sweet cream ice cream embrace. Hand-scooped and put between our signature chocolate chip cookies, the resulting sandwich is a little piece of Rocky Mountain heaven.

Using our signature chocolate chip cookies (baked with teeny tiny chocolate chips and a unique blend of spices), we hand scoop our Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream and smash it between two cookies before rolling the edges in sprinkles. Our Salted Caramel ice cream sandwiches start with our signature chocolate chip cookies, baked with teeny tiny semi-sweet chocolate chips and a unique blend of spices, and add a scoop of Salted Caramel ice cream in the middle before rolling them in a blend of sprinkles. The combination of the vanilla sea salt and slow boiled caramel in the sweet cream plays deliciously with the outer cookie, resulting in our guilt-free Salted Caramel ice cream sandwiches.
