Cream & Sugar began as an artisanal ice cream on the dessert menus of Fine Dining Restaurant Group’s Jackson Hole, Wyoming has turned into a small-batch ice cream company making ice cream in unique and wonderful flavors such as huckleberry, salted caramel, and chocolate. Cream & Sugar makes each ice cream and ice cream sandwich by hand using milk and cream from regional farms, cookies for the sandwiches are baked daily, and everything is assembled and packaged in-house before making its way into the hands of eager customers. They truly believe in their hand-made approach, and the quality is evident in every last bite.

ICE CREAM FLAVORS TO CHOOSE FROM:

-Chocolate – Rich, velvety. Our chocolate ice cream is the smooth operator of the bunch. One bite and you’ll be picturing yourself relaxed out on a bearskin rug in front of a roaring fire. Made with 55% chocolate, it’s just sweet enough, with a slight touch of bitterness to balance it out.

-Cookies and Cream – Flip it, change it, rearrange it. This is not your average Cookies and Cream ice cream. Building from the success of our popular ice cream sandwiches, the thought occurred to us, “Why not put the cookies on the inside too?” Our “Cookies” and Cream ice cream takes the signature chocolate chip cookie from our ice cream sandwiches, crumbles it up and folds it into our delicate sweet cream ice cream. But these are no normal chocolate chip cookies. Our cookies get a special hug in the baking process from a unique blend of spices. There’s something just a little bit different with this one.

-Huckleberry – If Jackson Hole was an ice cream, this would be it. A native berry to the area, the huckleberry has become a mainstay in local cuisine. We start with a blend of huckleberries and wild blueberries, which we then wrap in a hug of sweet cream ice cream. Tangy, sweet, colorful, our Huckleberry ice cream is an iconic mountain town treat.

-Mint Chocolate Chip – They say not to mess with a classic. We say it’s ok to mess with it a little bit. Our Mint Chocolate Chip delivers a mint punch straight to the mouth with a combination of fresh mint and pure mint extract. Semi-sweet chocolate pieces are thrown in to give a great crunch and an added bite of flavor. (Ok, we don’t mess with it too much, but just enough to make it interesting.)

-Salted Carmel – Salty, sweet – it’s the couple that shows opposites do attract, and often in really tasty ways. Our Salted Caramel starts with our sweet cream ice cream, adds in house-made vanilla sea salt and swirls in caramel made by our loving hands using sweetened condensed milk that’s been boiled for 8 hours. The result is a frozen creation that’s perfectly balanced and ready to convert even the most simple ice cream lover.

There’s nothing secret or particularly outlandish about our Vanilla, other than the fact that it’s damn good. It all starts with Singing Dog vanilla, rich cream and lots o’ love. High quality ingredients, a lot of time and care and hand packed, one bite and you’ll never describe something mundane with the term again.
