We are proud to introduce you to our best Spanish Chorizo. This is truly amazing chorizo. The flavor is full-bodied with the perfect blend of smoke, spice and just the right texture on the palate giving this imperial non-heat-treated pork chorizo a flavor to be savored time and again. Espuna came to the US from Extremadura Spain and now operates in upstate New York.
No added color or artificial ingredients are added. Minimally processed. Refrigerate after opening. Non-edible fibrous casing.
Slice it thin and at an angle with your chef’s knife; gently peel the outer casing and serve on a tapas plate with your favorite bread; drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on the bread for perfection!
