This Semi-soft Sobrasada is a very tasty spreadable sausage commonly found in Mallorca Spain and is appreciated for its smooth texture. Made from acorn-fed Ibérico pork like Pata Negra which is what truly makes the difference in flavor. It is great to eat with a nice crusty bread toasted with cheese such as Manchego or a mozzarella di buffala. Add some sundried tomatoes and toasted pine nuts giving it just the right finishing touch.
