The crepes of Caterina de Medici or the Tortelli of Pellegrino Artusi. Historical recipes that will not cease to amaze you!

Choose from a selection of recipes. That will include pasta shapes that pair perfectly with meat & vegetable sauces.

Immerse yourself in authentic recipes of Tuscan cuisine and discover the flavors that have been the true protagonists of Tuscan cuisine for hundreds of years.

  1. Pici, traditional spaghetti from Siena, amazing with duck sauce 2. Ravioli stuffed with potatoes with Pecorino cheese and butter 3. Pappardelle with giant garlic and fresh tomatoes
  2. Crepes by Caterina de Medici with spinach and ricotta
  3. Gnudi “gnocchi”, Traditional Florentine gnocchi with ricotta spinach and Parmigiano Reggiano
