The Sweet and Sour White Condiment “Bordolese” is a condiment obtained by mixing sweet white grapes must with high-quality white wine vinegars. This technique keeps the most fruity and fresh aromas of the grape intact, creating a sweet and sour condiment thanks to the contrast between the pleasant acidity and the sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus fruits. Versatile and easy to use, it is recommended with salads, vegetables, and fish.
