Of a good density and optimal balance between the sweet and sour, the Balsamic Vinegar is characterized by overtones of mature fruits, licorice, and black pepper, obtained from long aging in old barrels. Recommended with both cooked and raw vegetables, eggs, fish, and white meat. Also ideal for marinating meat and fish.
