Born from a historic family recipe from the beginning of the 20th century, this Balsamic Vinegar is born from sweet, sundried grapes. Aromas and flavors of plum jam and red fruits intertwine with hints of honey and vanilla in a considerable dense and sweet dressing, perfect as a fresh dressing for various savory or sweet dishes. Recommended with ravioli, fresh pasta, grilled meats, grilled vegetables, raw fish, fruit salad, and dessert.
