Truffles and tomatoes, what an awesome combination with real summer truffle flavor and a wonderful aroma. This unique sauce and NASFT Gold Award Winner is best served with egg pastas such as tagliatelle and pappardelle.
We recommend draining the pasta after boiling, seasoning it with Red Truffle Sauce, and adding a pat of butter on top before serving. In order to appreciate the whole truffle taste and intense smell, we do not recommend adding cheese.
