The recipes for Mokk-a’s coffees were created many years ago and passed down through generations of European tradition. Over many years, the blends were perfected until they were something to be proud of. Now, it is our effort to perfectly duplicate the recipe to the satisfaction of the European roasters and share them with you! A Note From The Founder Mokk-a was inspired by an idea – to bring the best European coffee recipes to homes everywhere. “A collection of European Coffees from different countries? I’d never seen that before.” So, I set out to find the Creators of coffees you might unexpectedly experience while sitting in a lovely café somewhere in France. I thought of the amazing coffee I had while visiting friends in Italy, and that small café in Geneva. And suddenly…Mokk-a was born. Every country has a different palate for food. A coffee that is unique in every way. The blend of beans in Café Suisse creates an extremely complex coffee. A sweet, pleasant bittersweet tang with hints of chocolate and fruit. An expression of true Suiss tradition. A blend of four high-grown Arabica beans sources from plantations in South America, Central America, and Asia.
The recipe for our Swiss roast comes from the shores of Lake Geneva. Vistas of blue water, glittering sunlight, white-capped mountains. Get a taste of Switzerland – the San Francisco of the Alps. Roasted with culture and class.
