Dirty Gimlet with Cornichons (Baby Sour Gherkins)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz. brine of cornichons
  • 2 oz. Gin of your choice
  • 1 oz. Dry Vermouth

Instructions
 

  • Take a cocktail glass of your choice and fill with ice to cool.
  • Fill the metal half of a Boston shaker with ice.
  • Add all ingredients into glass half of shaker, empty metal half of shaker from ice, and shake all ingredients.
  • Double strain into cocktail glass and decorate with pickled onions and cornichons.
