1 oz. brine of cornichons
2 oz. Gin of your choice
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
Instructions
Take a cocktail glass of your choice and fill with ice to cool.
Fill the metal half of a Boston shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients into glass half of shaker, empty metal half of shaker from ice, and shake all ingredients.
Double strain into cocktail glass and decorate with pickled onions and cornichons.
