Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 2 roasted chicken thighs chopped
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 2 strips bacon cooked, cooled, and crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs diced
  • 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 tbsp dressing of choice

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the chopped iceberg lettuce, diced roasted chicken thighs, diced celery, diced carrot, diced hard-boiled eggs, bacon, and crumbled blue cheese in a salad bowl or a sealable container.
  • Drizzle with dressing and enjoy!

Notes

Cobb salads are delicious with just about any addition you crave - toss in olives, tomatoes, chopped zucchini, avocado, nuts, and more.
This salad is best paired with blue cheese dressing but is also yummy with vinaigrettes, ranch, and others.
