long pepper (light green)

pepperoncini peppers

crumbled feta cheese

Parnon Estates oregano
salt and pepper
to taste
Parnon Estates Greek Olive Oil
to taste
Parnon Estates Wine Vinegar
to taste
Instructions
In a large saladbowl toss the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and green pepper.
Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper (to taste).
Mix well and drizzle with olive oil and vinegar (in equal amounts) over the salad.
Toss lightly.
Garnish with Kalamata olives, pepperoncini, and crumbled feta cheese.
Notes
Makes for a super lunch served with crusty bread and a glass of white wine!
