Your class will begin by teaching you the craft of making Tiramisu and then we will proceed to teach you how to make two varieties of flour and egg pasta from scratch (fettuccini and ravioli). Our professional chefs will show you the best techniques and explain the different cuts of pasta and which sauce is better for each type of pasta. You will walk away from this class knowing how to prepare the perfect dough from scratch, how to cut Fettuccine without a pasta machine, and to craft the best sauce and stuffing with fresh seasonal ingredients.
Once the instruction has concluded, you will sit down and enjoy your fresh pasta dishes and Tiramisu dessert with a glass of good Italian wine.
