Miz En Place and our partners take pride in every product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition.

Please note:

• All perishable items are shipped via UPS or FedEx and cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
• If shipping to a business or private residence, perishable items will only be shipped Monday thru Wednesday to ensure freshness upon delivery.
• Non perishable items will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of order. Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, orders that come in on the weekend will be fulfilled on the following Monday.

While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh and/or frozen food items around the country, unfortunately there are a few things that are outside of our control (such as the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of a shipping provider). As such, the shipping guidelines published on our website are not a guarantee of a shipping or arrival date.

Miz En Place is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is subject to the individual delivery carrier. Miz En Place is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery carrier and is therefore entirely outside our control.

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email.

There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped or have entered into fulfillment.
