Cream & Sugar Artisan Mini Ice Cream Sandwiches: Huckleberry – 16 mini sandwiches

If Jackson Hole was an ice cream, this would be it. A native berry to the region, the huckleberry has become a mainstay in Rocky Mountain cuisine. We start with a blend of huckleberries and wild blueberries, which we then wrap in a sweet cream ice cream embrace. Hand-scooped and put between our signature chocolate chip cookies, the resulting sandwich is a little piece of Rocky Mountain heaven.

Cream & Sugar began as an artisanal ice cream on the dessert menus of Fine Dining Restaurant Group’s Jackson Hole, Wyoming has turned into a small-batch ice cream company making ice cream in unique and wonderful flavors such as huckleberry, salted caramel, and chocolate. Cream & Sugar makes each ice cream and ice cream sandwich by hand using milk and cream from regional farms, cookies for the sandwiches are baked daily, and everything is assembled and packaged in-house before making its way into the hands of eager customers. They truly believe in their hand-made approach, and the quality is evident in every last bite.
