Cream & Sugar Artisan Mini Ice Cream Sandwiches: Salted Carmel – 16 mini sandwiches

After our Vanilla ice cream sandwiches developed a local following, guests started asking for more flavors of sandwiches to satiate their sweet tooth. The rest of our ice cream sandwich line was born from this desire to give the people what they want – more ice cream sandwiches and in unique flavor combinations. Our Salted Caramel ice cream sandwiches start with our signature chocolate chip cookies, baked with teeny tiny semi-sweet chocolate chips and a unique blend of spices, and add a scoop of Salted Caramel ice cream in the middle before rolling them in a blend of sprinkles. The combination of the vanilla sea salt and slow boiled caramel in the sweet cream plays deliciously with the outer cookie, resulting in our guilt-free Salted Caramel ice cream sandwiches. (A four-bite dessert makes it guilt-free, right?)

Cream & Sugar began as an artisanal ice cream on the dessert menus of Fine Dining Restaurant Group’s Jackson Hole, Wyoming has turned into a small-batch ice cream company making ice cream in unique and wonderful flavors such as huckleberry, salted caramel, and chocolate. Cream & Sugar makes each ice cream and ice cream sandwich by hand using milk and cream from regional farms, cookies for the sandwiches are baked daily, and everything is assembled and packaged in-house before making its way into the hands of eager customers. They truly believe in their hand-made approach, and the quality is evident in every last bite.
