Cream & Sugar Artisan Mini Ice Cream Sandwiches: Vanilla – 16 mini sandwiches

This is where the Jackson Hole ice cream sandwich phenomenon began – with our Vanilla sandwiches. The foundation of our ice cream sandwiches is the cookie. Teeny tiny chocolate chips and a unique combination of spices are blended into the dough, giving these hand-made treats their signature flavor. Once cooled from the oven, our rich Vanilla ice cream is hand scooped and sandwiched in between two of the bite-sized cookies. The edges of the sandwich are then rolled in a combination of sprinkles, yielding a perfectly imperfect four-bite sandwich that’s so ideal in size you won’t feel guilty about having one (or 3).

Cream & Sugar began as an artisanal ice cream on the dessert menus of Fine Dining Restaurant Group’s Jackson Hole, Wyoming has turned into a small-batch ice cream company making ice cream in unique and wonderful flavors such as huckleberry, salted caramel, and chocolate. Cream & Sugar makes each ice cream and ice cream sandwich by hand using milk and cream from regional farms, cookies for the sandwiches are baked daily, and everything is assembled and packaged in-house before making its way into the hands of eager customers. They truly believe in their hand-made approach, and the quality is evident in every last bite.
