Learn how to make Fettuccine and the classic and iconic Italian dessert, Tiramisu. Your class will begin by teaching you the craft of making Tiramisu and then we will proceed to teach you how to make your own flour and egg pasta from scratch. Our professional chefs will show you the best techniques and explain the different cuts of pasta and which sauce is better for each type of pasta.

Once the instruction has concluded, you will sit down and enjoy your fresh Fettuccine and Tiramisu dessert with glass of good Italian wine.
