• Learn how to prepare the most famous sauce of Italian cuisine: the Ligurian Pesto!
• By participating in this cooking class, you will have the opportunity to learn the authentic preparation of pesto according to the Genoese recipe. Each participant will work with his mortar and at the end the pesto product will be his.
