Spend an afternoon in our cooking school in the heart of Tuscany, we will prepare homemade pasta together (such as fantastic ravioli with seasonal fillings, colorful tagliatelle, gnocchi) with fresh products purchased that the morning at the local markets. We will use genuine raw materials, pecorino, ricotta, the Cinta Senese, and Chianina. We will cheer during and after the class with a lovely local red wine. After the cooking class we will have dinner together with prepared food. Wine will accompany you throughout the evening until dessert in front of the fireplace. You will spend a relaxing night immersed in the natural peace of our villa. Upon awakening our breakfast will be served.
