This hands-on class empowers you to be the master behind this delicious treat. Your journey starts with an exploration of the world of Gelato, tasting an array of fantastic flavors and delving into the differences between ice-cream, sorbet (water-based gelato), and classic gelato.

Quality Ingredients: Train your taste buds to recognize and appreciate quality ingredients. You’ll gain insight into the importance of selecting fresh and organic produce, setting the stage for an unforgettable culinary experience.

Get Cooking: Equipped with your apron and guided by our chef, you’ll create your own Tiramisù from scratch. Dive into the world of Tiramisù in an authentic laboratory within a real Tiramisù shop, owned by a professional chef. Your lesson will last approximately 1.5 hours, during which you’ll also learn how to craft water-based gelato (Italian artisan sorbet) using fresh, seasonal fruit.

Taste Your Creations: At the end of the class, savor the fruits of your labor as you sample your Tiramisù creations. You’ll also receive the recipes, ensuring you can recreate these delectable treats at home.
