Learn how to make Neapolitan pizza in a class with an English speaking Neapolitan chef in the center of Naples. In the first part of the class, you will follow the pizzaiolo in the preparation of your dough from scratch with flour and water. You will actively participate in the cutting of mozzarella and the preparation of tomato sauce. Then, the pizzaiolo will explain the leavening, temperatures, conservation, etc… Subsequently, you will create and bake your Margherita
This workshop provides everything you need to create this classic pizza from scratch. Our professional chefs will show you the best techniques and explain everything you need to know to make the perfect pizza from the dough, to the sauce, and the mozzarella, and even some of the tricks of the trade.
