It is best when cooked to medium doneness. This cut comes from the Chuck or shoulder and has a great combination of rich beefy flavor, and a tender bite. This cut is easy to cook and incredibly versatile.

Try simply searing the steak between 5-7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F (for medium rare).

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure quality, all butcher shop orders ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only. Orders placed on a different day will ship the following Monday. If you need it sooner, please contact us for expedited shipping.

Shipping costs start at $60.00 for up to 15 pounds of meat within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an additional $50.00 fee. Every 10 pounds of meat over the initial 15 pounds will be an additional $30.00.
