Cut from where the tenderloin and top loin meet, the Porterhouse Steak is a thick-cut T-bone steak made up of a tenderloin steak on one side of the bone and a New York Strip Steak on the other – giving it the exceptional tenderness of a filet and the delicious flavor of a New York Strip all in one.
