Ingredients
- 14 ounce can of Italian tomatoes
- 3 tbsp good quality extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- a few pinches of dried oregano
- 3 leaves of fresh Italian basil, torn into small pieces
- 1 clove of fresh garlic, minced
Instructions
- Pour the can of tomatoes into a bowl. If it is pomodorini or whole tomatoes, crush them with your hands, or you can roughly cut them with kitchen shears.
