Judge Casey’s BBQ Sauce Chicken Wings
- 3 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp Paprika
- Preheat oven to 450F degrees.
- Place the oven safe grill pan in the oven.
- Season chicken wings with rub (salt, sugar and paprika).
- In a bowl add the ingredients of the BBQ sauce and mix.
- Carefully remove the pan from the oven and place on the stovetop or other heat resistant surface. Add wings to the ripping hot pan.
- Cook on both sides until about 85% done. Add a drizzle of sesame oil. Depending on size cook time will vary, about 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer the wings to the bowl and toss with Judge Casey’s BBQ Sauce.
- Place back in the hot oven to finish the wings. Cook until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
