Buttery Baked Cod
Ingredients
- 24 ounces cod filets (four 6-ounce pieces)
- 3 tbsp butter softened
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp parsley, chives, thyme, or other herbs finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the cod in a baking dish.
