  • 16 oz Pecan Halves or Pecan Pieces
  • 1-½ tbsp Melted butter or Pecan Oil
  • Sea Salt to taste


  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Place pecans on a large baking sheet.
  • Roast for 10 minutes.
  • Remove pecans from the oven and transfer to a bowl.
  • Toss pecans with melted butter or pecan oil and sea salt until evenly coated.
  • Return pecans to the baking sheet and bake for 10 additional minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and serve. Eat ’em hot or let ’em cool.
